can you add 2 more modes in this
1-HDR mode : same as interval modes but with after every interval camera shuter increse by few ms and maximum to 10 shots.
-valve mode: can you add valve mode means as its has one extra pin through with valve can be attaced and we can control drop size and drop intervel through this.
i know you can do this as it is not very difficult for you but it is very helpfull . as it makes this a complete unit.

i think it is not a good idea to integrate droplet managment into photoduino
the droplet managment is not so easy to validate, it should answer to some specific requirements. My requirements are not the same as my neighbour.
You need 1 ? 2 ? 3 ? N dropet ? how do you configure your APN and flashs ? you need power for your valve ? or not ?
Too many configs are possible
If you want do it, we already add the command valve on photoduino v2 without any hardware configuration on the Photoduino :
1 – use the device pin (laser) for command the valve with external MOS and 24V source, you don’t need extra pin.
2 – update the firwmare for droplet managment as you need, the interval mode is a good start mode for updating it, If you create droplets with valve, you know when they are created and you don’t need to detect them with barrier. Our results are more precise without barrier (95% of reproductibility instead of 50%)
For the HDR mode, it is a good idea to implement range of variation with configurable step on the Bulb time.
the good idea should be making it on more than this parameter to be generic.
You can imagine lanch droplet with variation of size and interval.
